- Turmeric Rice For Nasal Blockage

- Basil Tea Decoction
In 2 cups of water, add 10 Basil leaves, 10 pepper pieces and a 2 inch ginger piece. Boil this mixture well till it reduces to approximately around a cup or so. If needed, add 1 teaspoon of sugar. Mix well and consume it when it is hot. Please keep in mind, not to have a bath or food till one hour after the intake of this decoction.
- Maintain a Healthy Diet
Make sure that processed food, milk, sugar, caffeine, fried, oily items are completely avoided. Always ensure a well-balanced nutritious diet regularly to cure this infection completely.
- Garlic for Sinus Infection
Take around 4 to 5 garlic cloves and soak them in water for 10 minutes. After soaking, crush them perfectly to make it into a smooth paste. Now take this paste to your nose closely and inhale the garlic. If breathing deeply is a difficulty, try to breathe at least the flavor of garlic. Garlic is very effective to loosen up the thick mucus that has accumulated inside.
